Ten Weeks of Training

Ten down, six to go…

The switch back to a more cushioned shoe seems to be paying off in the knee pain department. Due to the busy high school reunion schedule, I had to compress runs in a three day window, running 9 on Friday, 10 on Saturday and 20 on Sunday (43 total miles for week ten).

Week eleven is almost exactly the same, but with travel for work on Sunday, the long run will have to move up a day. Anxious to see how the short four miles feels tonight, but I’m cautiously optimistic that the worst of the pain is behind me…
