The Gopher men’s golf team is in Illinois this week to play in the NCAA Central Regional at Rich Harvest Farms Gold/Silver course (par 72 – 7,214 yards). After the first day of competition, the Gophers are tied for 11th at 314 (+26). The top 10 teams advance to the Championship, to be held May 30 – June 2 at Golden Horseshoe Golf Club Gold Course in Williamsburg, Virginia.

• T60 – Niall Turner, 80 (+8)
• T76 – Ben Pisani, 81 (+9)
• T107 – Clayton Rask, 84 (+12)
