Week two is in the books and things are progressing nicely (as the graph above shows). The knee felt a little off this week, but still far from anything I’d consider painful. Heels are still sore (I’m sure the standing desk routine isn’t helping with that), but the stretches feel good and I’m just glad to be building up mileage again.
Only other note from this week of training was a reminder of the importance to remain flexible with scheduling. So many people get stressed out by having to miss a day or changing things up, but life happens. I didn’t follow the plan exactly this week, but still ended up doing all of the miles eventually.
