The tenth edition was a bit crazy – severe weather threat forced a brief evacuation to the casino, but then the sun returned. Great food (as usual), but huge crowds, long lines and parking-related road rage incidents. Texas Outlaw still my overall favorite, but they skimped on the sauce and didn’t put any self-serve dispensers out this year (boo!)
