Crutch #3: bookmarked the Twitter home pages of my old Twitter people (until Twitter removed the ability to view anything unless you were logged in)
At least the @sportsbots accounts here seem to work again…
Just finished my first Sunday long training run(/walk) and it completely kicked my butt. Need to wake up earlier next week to deal with the heat, hills and AQI

Spent some time this weekend cleaning up and re-organizing my iPhone: deleted apps I never use, experimented with some new widgets, tried to get more logical screen groupings, etc.
Wish live sports scores were easier - via a widget, lock screen, whatever. Need to research that more - maybe I’m just not seeing the right solution out there…
